Why VEGAN ?

Animal rights

The main reason to become vegan is a concern for animal rights and welfare.
Vegans know that all living things have self-determination and that we don't have to
suffer unnecessarily for our enjoyment and splendor.
In our current society, it is possible to substitute animal products
with alternatives without sacrificing animals.

Environment

Being vegan significantly reduces your carbon footprint.
A plant-based diet requires significantly less water and much less land than a diet high
in animal products. In terms of ecology and sustainability, veganism clearly offers great benefits.
70% of agricultural land and 30% of the Earth's surface is used for livestock,
which also accounts for 18% of total CO2 emissions. Livestock also pollutes the environment
with nitrates and antibiotics that run into waterways,
is one of the main causes of deforestation and is a huge consumer of water.

Health

A plant-based diet is naturally rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals and low in saturated fat and cholesterol.
A vegan diet can provide major health benefits in certain areas.
Scientific studies show that vegans have a lower risk of cardiovascular disease and certain cancers than meat eaters.
